I just wasn't up for it after eating that whole thing of salted almonds.

Ethan Zuckerman wrote this piece about the dancing videos about two hours after I uploaded the new one.

Not that there’s a whole lot of critical analysis to wade through (and not that there SHOULD be, either), but it’s the best thing I’ve read about what I do.

Made it to the front page. Eight straight hours of answering questions. Only half of them were "Hey, where the hell are you?"

CNN Go journalist James Durston (@SemajNotsrud) asks me this question in an email interview:

"What other motivation did you have when making this vid?"

Publishes my response as an answer to this question:

"Why the hell would you spend good money dancing around the world like an idiot?"

That seems like some shady and unethical (never mind obnoxious) journalism, doesn't it?

+Matt Harding with his son, and my two boys watching his latest video (http://youtu.be/Pwe-pA6TaZk) on the video's release day.  The video is the single best baby pacifier known to man.  The boys will watch it continuously as many times and we let them.  Their most common phrase for the last five days: "Watch the video?".

The new journal seems to be working. It went down for a few days while we switched services at an…unfortunate…time.

Recording “Trip the Light” for the new video in LA…finally! Almost there.

Recording the bass guitar for the new video as I write this.

Vocals on Tuesday. Editing on Thursday. Fingers crossed I can have it up on June 20th, which would be the anniversary of the last two dancing videos.
