Okay, there's really only one joke here, it's only funny if you watch a lot of historical documentaries, and there's lots of crap on television way more worthy of poking fun at, but it illustrates an excellent point about the arbitrary and ill-informed nonsense that routinely gets packaged and presented as historical fact.
